Audience of One Foundation
Audience of One Foundation is a Mumbai based registered not-for-profit organisation founded in the year 2012 under section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act 2013).
The vision of the organisation is to help build individual skill sets through vocational and skilled training programs. The mission is to facilitate a wide range of learning initiatives and provide sustainable skilled job training solutions with a creatively engaging approach that has a positive impact for every individual involved.
We develop skilled job training curricula and facilities certified for children's home and special homes. These programs are adaptable and scalable across all regional demographics within the country. All the programs are in line with the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) guidelines. They are also eligible for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for skilled workmanship certification.
There are three key areas of our development Initiative:
Vocational Training: To equip individuals for occupational avenues and life skills.
Recreational Therapy: To create a healthy, interactive and participative space.
Personal Development: To help understand and deal with emotional and psychological needs.
Currently we work with destitute and delinquent children from dysfunctional and underprivileged backgrounds. Most of our programs are conducted with Children’s Homes and Observation Homes that are governed under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, year 2000.
